Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order if you are purchasing a Mobile Internet Card, or within 15 days of receipt without the purchase of a Mobile Internet Card.

There is no restocking fee, but all Returns/Exchanges shipped with Free Shipping will be charged the actual cost to ship the item.

Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

• Manufacturer’s original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced.
• Missing or damaged: accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.
• Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damaged, etc.).
• No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA#).

Please email us about items you would like to return. Include your invoice number and date of purchase for faster service. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling to return the unwanted item.

Original Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted without an RMA# (return authorization number).

Any Refused Shipments will have an automatic 20% restocking fee.

If you received a discount for purchasing a combination of items and decide to keep the discounted item, you will be charged the discounted amount. For example: If you receive a $50 discount for a router/modem combo and return only the modem, you will be charged an additional $50 for the router.
